Today’s highlight is a jaw-dropping road trip to Jasper National Park. Be prepared to take in the world’s most scenic glaciers, lakes and mountain peaks as we traverse the Icefields Parkway, passing by subalpine forests on the way to the immense Columbia Icefield. Here, embark on a glacier adventure ride aboard the massive Ice Explorer (optional CAD$80) snow coach onto the surface of Athabasca Glacier, and experience an exhilarating cliffedge Glacier Skywalk (optional CAD$45). Drive up the valley to see Medicine Lake, which exists only during the summer months when melting glaciers bring water into the valley. Take a cruise to world-famous Spirit Island on Maligne Lake (optional CAD$85), the heart of Jasper National Park. Then, on to majestic Maligne Canyon to learn about the unique features of this underground system. Today enjoy a day of scenery as you depart Jasper for Kamloops. Head west of Jasper towards Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, towers over the lesser surrounding peaks; winter or summer, this is one of the finest views in the Rocky Mountains. Continue on the Yellowhead Highway (named after a fur trader who had yellow streaks in his hair). Enter the beautiful province of British Columbia by following the Fraser River then the North Thompson River towards Kamloops. Pass through the communities of Blue River and Clearwater, home to heli-logging in the summer and heli-skiing in the winter before arriving in Kamloops. Experience the culture of the ancient village that lived here over 2,000 years ago.

Breakfast at hotel. Continue your journey to Vancouver. Afternoon Vancouver city tour. The city tour is highlighted by English Bay, a favorite recreational area, and Gastown, the city's oldest neighborhood, designated a National Historical Site in 2009. Continuing the journey to Whistler Village, a quaint village with towering mountains and sprawling forests.
